This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas.
• Define the strategic vision, set priorities, establish goals, and create a long-term growth roadmap for Enterprise Account Management.
• Guide, mentor, and nurture the Enterprise Account Management team.
• Collaborate with field operations and franchise leadership to synchronize enterprise account growth with operational capabilities, service benchmarks, and client expectations.
• Manage the enterprise account pipeline and processes for lead qualification, conversion, onboarding, expansion, retention, and renewal.
• Oversee departmental budgeting, forecasting, P&L performance, profitability, and revenue objectives.
• Develop and sustain relationships with executive-level decision-makers in enterprise accounts.
• Identify opportunities to increase both the number and value of locations awarded within current enterprise client relationships.
• Analyze market trends, customer demands, competitive positioning, and growth prospects.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality, consistently executed Quarterly Business Reviews.
• Represent City Wide’s enterprise solutions with significant national and regional accounts.
• Work in conjunction with Marketing, Legal, Franchise Support, Operations, and other internal stakeholders to ensure a cohesive client experience.
• Set up, monitor, and report key performance indicators to executive leadership.
• Enhance franchise engagement and confidence in the Enterprise Account Management program.
• Travel approximately 30% to support enterprise clients, franchise partners, strategic discussions, and team development initiatives.
• Propel revenue growth, retention, renewal, satisfaction, expansion, team performance, franchise engagement, budget efficiency, forecast precision, profitability, and achievement of revenue targets.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required; an MBA or related advanced degree is preferred.
• Over 10 years of progressive experience in sales, strategic account management, customer success, or business development leadership.
• Proven track record of leading, coaching, and developing high-performance teams.
• Established experience in building, scaling, or transforming functions related to enterprise, national accounts, strategic accounts, or key account management.
• Strong expertise in managing P&L performance, budgets, forecasting, profitability, and revenue targets.
• Ability to establish credibility and influence senior executives and C-suite decision-makers.
• Experience managing complex, multi-location client relationships with extended sales or service cycles.
• Exceptional verbal, written, presentation, negotiation, and executive communication skills.
• Strategic thinker with the capability to convert a long-term vision into actionable priorities, measurable plans, and consistent execution.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort in utilizing data to inform account strategy, performance management, and business decisions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as CRM systems.
• Preferred: experience in a multi-location, franchise, facilities services, business services, or similar service-oriented industry.
• Preferred: experience in supporting distributed field operations or franchise partners.
• Preferred: experience in selling or managing enterprise relationships across national and regional markets.
