This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Deliver timely, precise, and courteous service to clients, producers, and company staff.
• Manage tasks related to acquiring, maintaining, enhancing, and servicing existing accounts in line with agency protocols and carrier regulations.
• Oversee mid-size to large commercial construction lines accounts.
• Collaborate with the Account Executive and/or Department Lead on client servicing, guidance, and training.
• Prepare company submissions for new and renewal business, market accounts, and draft proposals.
• Create change requests and review audits and policies for correctness.
• Establish and prepare new account files in Applied EPIC.
• Invoice agency bill transactions within 48 hours and collect premiums.
• Inform producers of unpaid audits and request necessary actions.
• Review renewals with producers at least 120 days prior to expiration and develop marketing strategies.
• Prepare and process cancellations and follow up on cancellation notices.
• Respond to carrier memos and execute necessary updates.
• Process client requests, including ID cards, evidence of property, certificates of insurance, and binders.
• Review and deliver policies and related documents to insured clients.
• Assess exposure, negotiate and clarify coverage, and discuss coverage with clients.
• Evaluate and recommend additional coverage based on client requirements.
• Keep producers updated on significant account activities.
• Review aged receivables, renewal/expiration, and suspense reports.
• Maintain thorough documentation of client interactions and correspondence in EPIC.
• Utilize the EPIC suspense system to follow up on pending items.
• Prioritize tasks and minimize backlog.
• Engage in special projects and additional responsibilities.
• Stay informed on rates, forms, and coverage changes through bulletins, trade publications, and seminars.
• Respond to phone calls and emails within 24 hours.
• Process client requests within 24 hours.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
• A college degree is preferred.
• Professional designation is an advantage.
• Extensive experience and knowledge of large commercial construction insurance in the New York and New Jersey markets.
• Familiarity with the Applied EPIC system or a similar agency management system.
• Understanding of commercial insurance and related products.
• Knowledge of construction in New York and New Jersey is highly beneficial.
• Strong listening skills.

• A positive attitude.
• Candidates must comply with applicable state insurance licensing requirements for roles requiring a state insurance license.
• Candidates must not have been disqualified or barred from licensure, or prohibited from conducting insurance business under Title 18 U.S. Code, §§1033 and 1034.
