Vice President, Delivery

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Ensure that the execution of Pharmacy implementation projects aligns with contractual specifications.

• Shape and drive strategies for delivery models through talent, implementation, and quality assurance.

• Lead significant client implementation initiatives across global delivery networks.

• Establish the project/program management vision and strategic direction for a key technology-business segment.

• Formulate strategies to develop business in new markets or existing accounts.

• Supervise program offerings, project plans, schedules, budgets, deliverables, resources, and major project roles.

• Monitor programs/projects from initiation to delivery and enhance or redefine processes as needed.

• Meet financial and performance objectives; keep track of financial indicators and budget discrepancies.

• Oversee legal, contractual, customer, global, and country-specific compliance processes.

• Lead significant proposal efforts and engage in negotiations with clients, subcontractors, and vendors.

• Cultivate relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and technology partners.

• Collaborate with Engineering to enhance the Pharmacy platform utilizing cloud-native architecture, AI/ML, FHIR, and HL7.

• Establish client feedback mechanisms and integrate feedback into future programs.

• Facilitate the organization-wide adoption of consistent project management methodologies and terminology.

• Direct personnel activities, including staffing, retention, compliance, and resource allocation.

• Manage budgets, expenditures, funding, coordination, and initiatives for cost savings.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of fifteen years in a supervisory or management role.

• Experience in product and service delivery within a global context.

• Background in a large-scale global organization characterized by size, scope, and complexity.

• Familiarity with the management implications of financial data, contracts, and service agreements.

• Working knowledge of modern cloud-native architectures (AWS preferred).

• Understanding of contemporary software architecture principles.

• Knowledge of healthcare interoperability frameworks and standards, including FHIR and HL7.

• Experience with large-scale cloud migrations for legacy PBM systems.

• At least five years of experience with Medicaid and MCO processes.

• A minimum of five years in PBM implementation.
