This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Develop and implement the go-to-market strategy for Fintech resident and PMC solutions.
• Oversee product marketing, brand strategy, customer lifecycle marketing, and demand generation efforts.
• Take charge of launch planning for new fintech products, partnerships, AI functionalities, and platform improvements.
• Design and implement enterprise change management strategies that facilitate organizational transformation and enhance customer adoption.
• Create executive communication plans, manage internal communications, and develop stakeholder engagement strategies.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Partnerships teams for synchronized product launches.
• Develop programs for customer education, onboarding, and adoption.
• Direct competitive positioning, conduct market research, gather customer insights, and formulate messaging strategies.
• Produce sales enablement content, executive presentations, and thought leadership initiatives.
• Establish and lead a high-performing marketing and change management organization.
• Report directly to the Chief Fintech Officer.
• Travel occasionally for customer meetings, conferences, and leadership sessions.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.
• Over 15 years of leadership experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, technology, or digital products.
• Proven experience in leading enterprise product marketing and large-scale change management projects.
• Track record of successfully launching intricate technology platforms and fostering customer adoption.
• Strong executive communication skills and experience in cross-functional leadership.
• Familiarity with product marketing and go-to-market strategies.
• Knowledge of organizational change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, Kotter, ADKAR).
• Understanding of executive communications and stakeholder engagement.
• Background in brand strategy, customer lifecycle marketing, and digital marketing.
• Knowledge of sales enablement and customer adoption initiatives.
• Expertise in data-driven marketing and performance measurement.
• Outstanding leadership, collaboration, and presentation abilities.
• Capability to sit or stand for prolonged periods and use standard office equipment.
