This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the planning and implementation of enterprise communication initiatives.
• Assist employees and stakeholders in comprehending, engaging with, and acting upon Circana’s business priorities.
• Convert M&A, HR, organizational changes, and global initiatives into communication strategies, stakeholder playbooks, materials for leaders, and measurable engagement plans.
• Direct communication planning and execution for M&A integration, HR initiatives, organizational transformations, operating model updates, and global enterprise programs.
• Develop work plans, stakeholder maps, message architectures, editorial calendars, approval workflows, and measurement strategies.
• Oversee the strategic collaboration between Corporate Communications and HR.
• Provide communication support for events, leadership visits, town halls, and engagement initiatives.
• Craft speeches, video scripts, discussion guides, and talking points for senior executives.
• Ensure internal, leadership, and stakeholder communications align with Circana’s corporate narrative, reputation priorities, and business strategy.
• Support M&A and Legal workstreams on litigation-related, regulatory, and disclosure-sensitive issues.
• Counsel HR, M&A, regional, and business stakeholders on messaging strategy, employee impact, timing, risks, and execution.
• Uphold communications governance, standards, and best practices.
• Leverage employee insights, channel analytics, feedback loops, and retrospectives to assess and enhance communication effectiveness.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic corporate communications.
• Preferably experienced in fast-paced, highly regulated sectors such as information services, financial services, or technology.
• Demonstrated success in leading communications for mergers, acquisitions, or organizational transformations involving multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in coordinating with external communications, PR, Legal, HR, M&A, strategy, and leadership teams.
• Background in supporting Legal-driven and issues-management workstreams, including litigation, regulatory, disclosure-sensitive matters, and employee-facing stakeholder communications.
• Exceptional writing and storytelling capabilities.
• Aptitude for translating complex information into clear and concise messaging.
• Capacity to operate under tight deadlines and navigate ambiguity.
• Ability to influence across various functions and organizational levels.
• Executive presence and sound discretion.
• Experience in supporting senior leadership communications, executive messaging, leader visibility, and speechwriting initiatives.
• Strong judgment regarding communication matters.
• Experience collaborating with global teams and regions.
• Proficient in utilizing data, feedback, and employee insights to evaluate and enhance results.
• Excellent project management abilities.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, business, or a related field.
• Successful completion of a background check may be required.
• Availability to consistently work Eastern/Central business hours if located outside those time zones.
