This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the creation and implementation of unique procurement and supply chain solutions for construction initiatives.
• Propel strategic growth through market expansion, client engagement, and positioning in digital procurement and supply chain advisory.
• Oversee intricate, high-value construction programs spanning multiple sectors.
• Develop and manage market strategies to enhance brand visibility and increase service penetration.
• Establish and nurture executive-level client relationships while identifying potential opportunities.
• Direct the preparation of bids, development of proposals, and conduct commercial negotiations.
• Enhance digital capabilities by incorporating technology and data to optimize procurement and supply chain results.
• Manage team performance, set objectives, and ensure the team possesses the necessary insights, skills, and resources.
• Set performance targets and financial budgets to optimize business efficiency.
• Assist in strategic sourcing, contract management, supplier evaluation, and supply chain intelligence services.
• Lead and mentor specialized consultants.
• Foster talent development, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in procurement and supply chain leadership roles.
• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, supply chain management, engineering, construction, or a related discipline.
• Established expertise in strategic procurement across both public and private sectors.
• Experience with major capital programs.
• Strong consulting background with a track record of managing senior- and executive-level client relationships.
• Proven success in leading high-value projects and navigating intricate stakeholder environments.
• In-depth knowledge of contract development, supplier evaluation, commercial modeling, and negotiation techniques.
• Experience across various sectors; domain knowledge in real estate, infrastructure, or related fields is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to influence client behaviors and decisions in high-risk, high-value situations.
• Strong strategic project management and analytical skills.
• Excellent business judgment, critical thinking, and value-driven decision-making abilities.
• Expertise in supplier intelligence, relationship management, and commercial strategy.
• Capacity to lead teams, manage performance, and facilitate career development.
• High initiative, adaptability, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to navigate complexities and uncertainties.
• Travel is required to support client engagements and team collaboration across various regions.
