This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and uphold supply plans utilizing ERP and supply chain planning systems.
• Set, sustain, and execute planning parameters within ERP and supply planning systems.
• Analyze forecasts, inventory levels, safety stock, production capabilities, and other relevant data to formulate replenishment plans.
• Leverage ERP and supply chain tools to enhance customer service levels and achieve finished goods inventory objectives.
• Oversee purchase orders for buy/sell finished goods and coordinate replenishment efforts.
• Implement supply planning processes and standard procedures while supporting planning metrics.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Production, Sales, Quality, Customer Service, Laboratory, and additional business functions.
• Create both short-term and long-term supply plans to align supply with demand.
• Assist with capacity planning, synchronization of demand and supply, and strategic business aims.
• Set and uphold stock and safety-stock levels while avoiding excess and obsolete inventory.
• Identify opportunities to enhance customer service, inventory turnover, inventory health, and supply chain performance.
• Monitor inventory availability and backorders, pinpoint supply limitations, and escalate issues as needed.
• Relay inventory status, backorders, supply risks, and planning priorities throughout the organization.
• Evaluate supply and inventory trends and propose sustainable operational enhancements.
• Associate degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Planning, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent relevant education and professional experience will also be taken into account.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in supply planning, inventory planning, logistics, production planning, purchasing, or a related supply chain role preferred.
• Experience with ERP, MRP, or other supply chain planning systems preferred.
• Proficient in analyzing forecasts, inventory levels, supply requirements, and related planning data.
• Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across various departments and organizational levels.
• Proven problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make timely, informed decisions.
• Capability to work remotely with possible travel requirements.
• Authorization to work in the United States may be verified as part of pre-employment requirements.
