Senior Manager, Supply Chain – Negotiation Integration

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Oversee the coordination and preparation of monthly Supply Chain Operations Reviews

• Collect, validate, consolidate, and analyze data related to the supply chain

• Create and sustain executive-level PowerPoint presentations, dashboards, metrics, and briefing documents

• Identify risks, trends, constraints, and issues within the supply chain that need leadership focus

• Collaborate with Procurement, Program Management, Manufacturing, Engineering, Finance, and other departments for input

• Monitor actions from leadership reviews and ensure timely completion

• Maintain trackers for action items, status updates, and follow-up procedures

• Assist with ad hoc briefings and executive communications regarding emerging supply chain challenges

• Support Negotiation Integration initiatives aimed at program launches and sub-tier negotiation assistance

• Act as the primary point of contact for Supply Chain activities related to Rare Earth Elements procurement

• Coordinate requirements, demand forecasts, procurement strategies, and assessments for rare earth materials

• Assist with funding and appropriations requests to establish or enhance the availability of rare earth materials

• Create data-driven business cases for appropriations and investment requests

• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement strategies for rare earth materials

• Monitor market and supply chain factors influencing the availability of rare earth elements

• Support initiatives aimed at diversifying and strengthening the rare earth supply base

• Track milestones, funding needs, procurement activities, and actions taken by leadership

• Contribute to munitions acceleration initiatives and enhance affordability

⛳️ Requirements

• A university degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field with at least 7 years of experience

• Experience in DoD procurement and knowledge of Federal Acquisition regulations

• U.S. Person status or eligibility to secure necessary export authorizations

• U.S. citizenship is required for access to information related to this program/contract

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Capable of gathering, organizing, analyzing, and effectively communicating complex data

• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

• Ability to create clear and concise presentations for executive-level audiences

• Excellent organizational and project management capabilities

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to collaborate across organizational lines and influence stakeholders without direct authority

• Experience in supporting executive-level operational reviews or business assessments

• Background in aerospace, defense, manufacturing, or complex industrial settings

• Familiarity with munitions, strategic materials, critical minerals, or initiatives related to supply chain resiliency

• Proven experience in developing business cases, funding proposals, or appropriations requests

• Experience in procurement or supplier management

• Knowledge of defense acquisition, government contracting, or government-funded projects

• Experience with supply chain performance metrics and dashboards

• Advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, or other data visualization and analytics tools
