Supply Chain Coordinator – indkøb, logistik, leverandørkontakt

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Denmark.

📋 Description

• Establish structure and follow-up processes for purchasing.

• Act as the daily link between Gasoline Grill, suppliers, and logistics partners.

• Ensure that all locations have the correct products in the right quality at the right time.

• Keep track of suppliers, pricing, agreements, claims, and practical details related to product procurement.

• Monitor deliveries and orders on a daily basis.

• Maintain daily contact and follow-up with suppliers.

• Oversee smaller suppliers and product categories.

• Solicit quotes and negotiate prices and terms for minor purchases.

• Ensure that agreed prices, conditions, and specifications are adhered to.

• Maintain oversight of suppliers, products, prices, contracts, and agreements.

• Support the CEO in major supplier negotiations.

• Build the supply chain function and develop structure, processes, and workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in a similar role involving logistics, procurement, and/or supplier interaction.

• Highly organized and capable of planning and thinking several days ahead.

• Proficient in follow-up tasks.

• Commercially minded.

• Strong numerical skills and proficiency in Excel.

• Persistent in dealings with suppliers.

• Comfortable with setting requirements and ensuring they are met.

• Detail-oriented while maintaining an overall perspective.

• Effective communicator with both suppliers and internal colleagues.

• Experience in foodservice, restaurant, retail, FMCG, procurement, or supply chain is an advantage.

• Must be able to speak and write in both Danish and English.

• Should be able to start the day by communicating with locations at around 07:30/08:00 each morning when they receive deliveries.
