
Vice President, Clinical Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Supervise the daily care delivery across all service lines
• Create and execute operational standards, workflows, and quality benchmarks
• Develop and maintain systems for swift, high-quality matching of clients with clinicians and specialists
• Ensure the intake-to-care-plan process runs with efficiency and accuracy
• Lead and expand a high-performing service team within a remote, nationwide environment
• Set performance expectations, accountability frameworks, and pathways for professional development
• Collaborate with Human Resources to sustain and grow a curated national team of over 400 specialized professionals
• Design and supervise credentialing, vetting, and quality assurance processes
• Identify and address service coverage gaps by geography, specialty, or service line
• Monitor clinical quality, service outcomes, and satisfaction metrics
• Ensure care delivery operations comply with relevant regulatory, ethical, and compliance standards
• Lead ongoing process enhancements utilizing data, client feedback, and team contributions
• Work alongside operations and sales to synchronize operational capacity with growth
• Execute additional responsibilities as assigned
• Report directly to the COO
• Over 10 years of progressive leadership experience in service operations, healthcare services, behavioral health, or a related area
• More than 5 years of experience in providing direct care services
• Master's degree in social work, psychology, or a closely related field
• Holds relevant field-specific licensure and certifications, such as PhD, PsyD, or LCSW
• Proven track record in building and scaling service delivery operations in a rapidly growing environment
• In-depth understanding of the mental health and behavioral health landscape
• Experience managing remote, nationally distributed teams
• Strong operational instincts with a capacity to create systems, solve challenges, and enforce accountability
• Outstanding judgment, discretion, and professionalism when serving high-profile, high-net-worth clients and trusted advisors
• Collaborative leadership style that spans service, operational, and business development functions
• Experience in concierge, high-touch, or premium service settings is highly advantageous

• Proficient with computer skills, including email, Microsoft Office, CRMs, and EMR/EHRs
