This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify, manage, and enhance insurance restoration partnerships to boost leads and sales opportunities.
• Establish business relationships and programs with Tier One carriers, Tier Two carriers, and designated top U.S. national brokers.
• Lead business development initiatives that align with the company's strategic goals.
• Oversee assigned accounts, which includes resolving disputes, preventing issues, and ensuring compliance with service-level agreements.
• Create formal sales proposals that highlight the advantages of collaborating with Paul Davis.
• Drive sales and revenue for designated accounts.
• Act as the primary point of contact and provide account management support for assigned accounts.
• Navigate complex contract negotiations and collaborate with legal counsel as necessary.
• Foster the work ethic, culture, and values among local sales and business development teams.
• Partner with franchise owners, districts, and franchise leadership on business development efforts.
• Deliver effective presentations at district meetings and Paul Davis conferences.
• Design and present tailored sales presentations for both insurance and non-insurance clients.
• Propel overall sales growth within assigned accounts.
• Provide sales and marketing training to new owners, associates, and local marketing personnel.
• Primarily engage through email, video conferencing, and telephone communications.
• Travel up to 50% for company meetings, events, and training sessions.
• Support Paul Davis, a company specializing in property damage mitigation, reconstruction, and remodeling for residential, institutional, and commercial clients.
• A college degree or equivalent qualifications.
• Experience in sales within the restoration industry or a related field.
• More than three years of experience in a senior role (AVP, VP, Officer Role, or similar position).
• Background in the insurance, property management, and/or restoration sectors.
• Established connections in one or more core target areas.
• Specialized knowledge or certifications in the property and casualty industry and/or mitigation, restoration, or construction.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe).
• Understanding of cost analysis methodologies.
• Exceptional sales and communication skills (oral, verbal, and written).
• Capability to learn and utilize Luxor, ADP, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Proficient in creating, writing, proofreading, and reviewing documents.
• Ability to work independently.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality.
• Skilled in planning and coordinating meetings.
• Adhere to Paul Davis Values, Vision, Mission, and 10 Serving Basics.
• IICRC certifications or equivalent training in the insurance industry preferred.
• Capable of safely operating a passenger vehicle.
• Must have access to a reliable internet connection when working remotely.
• Required to use provided VPN technology for secure remote connections.
