This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify, manage, and optimize insurance restoration partnerships to enhance lead generation and sales opportunities.
• Cultivate business relationships and programs with Tier One carriers, Tier Two carriers, and designated national brokers within a specific geographic region.
• Lead business development efforts that align with the company's strategic objectives.
• Oversee assigned accounts, addressing dispute resolution, preventing issues, and ensuring compliance with service-level agreements.
• Create formal sales proposals that highlight the advantages of partnering with Paul Davis.
• Drive sales and revenue growth for assigned accounts.
• Offer account management support and act as the primary point of contact.
• Navigate complex contract negotiations and collaborate with legal counsel as necessary.
• Assist in fostering the work ethic, culture, and values of local sales and business development teams.
• Work in partnership with franchise owners, districts, and franchise leadership on business development projects.
• Present at district meetings and Paul Davis conferences.
• Design and deliver tailored sales presentations to both insurance and non-insurance clients.
• Propel overall sales growth within assigned accounts.
• Provide sales and marketing training to new owners, associates, and local marketing personnel.
• Primarily operate through email, video conferencing, and telephone in a corporate office setting.
• Travel for company meetings, events, and training sessions as required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Sales experience in the restoration industry or a related field.
• More than three years of experience in a senior role (AVP, VP, Officer Role, or similar position).
• Background in the insurance, property management, and/or restoration sectors.
• Established contacts within one or more core target markets.
• Specialized knowledge or certifications in the property and casualty industry, mitigation, restoration, or construction.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe).
• Capability to analyze, diffuse, and resolve problem situations.
• Familiarity with cost analysis methodologies.
• Strong customer service and presentation skills; comfortable delivering presentations to diverse audiences.
• Outstanding sales and communication abilities (oral, verbal, and written).
• High level of organizational skills and effective priority management.
• Proficient in learning and utilizing Luxor, ADP, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Ability to create, write, proofread, and review various documents.
• Capability to work independently while maintaining confidentiality.
• Skills in planning and coordinating meetings.

• Ability to safely operate a passenger vehicle.
• Reliable internet connection for remote work and use of provided VPN technology.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
