📋 Description

• Implement strategic and operational objectives in collaboration with the Brand President

• Enhance franchisee performance, ensure operational consistency, accountability, and profitability

• Guide, mentor, and cultivate the Franchise Business Coach team

• Track key performance indicators and pinpoint opportunities, risks, and performance deficiencies

• Collaborate across departments with Marketing, Training, Technology, Finance, and other support teams to guarantee effective execution of brand initiatives

• Spearhead the implementation and adoption of operational tools, technology, processes, and best practices

• Assist in franchise development, Discovery Days, onboarding, training, and ensuring franchisee success post-launch

• Foster strong relationships with franchisees, vendors, and strategic partners

• Uphold brand standards, operational expectations, and a culture focused on accountability and continuous improvement

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of operations experience at the franchisor/corporate level within a home services franchise system

• Experience in Painting and/or Roofing franchising is highly preferred

• More than 3 years of franchisor operations leadership experience

• Previous experience as a Franchise Business Coach (FBC), working closely with FBCs, or leading an FBC team is strongly preferred

• Exceptional strategic, analytical, communication, and leadership abilities

• Proven capability to coach and influence franchise owners to enhance revenue, profitability, customer experience, and operational execution

• Must be able to stand, sit at an office space, see, hear, and comprehend speech, communicate effectively, lift computer equipment, supplies and materials, and utilize office equipment and computers
