This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +3 more states.
β’ Lead the strategic and operational initiatives for a specified geographic automotive sector.
β’ Meet and surpass revenue objectives, expand market presence, manage budgets, and ensure outstanding client satisfaction.
β’ Supervise the performance of the regional sales team and promote new business development.
β’ Formulate and implement sales strategies that align with Assurant Dealer Services objectives.
β’ Propel revenue growth, optimize margin performance, manage costs, enhance profitability, and achieve commercial excellence.
β’ Research and suggest innovative tactics for expanding strategic accounts.
β’ Create best practices for assessing and optimizing strategic activities along with data-driven decision-making.
β’ Analyze customer data to guide strategic planning, boost revenue, and enhance business value.
β’ Present account performance metrics, identify opportunities for income improvement, and execute cross-selling strategies.
β’ Address service deficiencies and lead resolution of client conflicts.
β’ Measure client satisfaction and identify areas for enhancement.
β’ Collaborate with risk management on regulatory compliance, client oversight, and risk requirements.
β’ Lead, mentor, develop, and manage the performance of regional sales managers and support personnel.
β’ Foster a high-performance culture focused on results.
β’ Monitor division sales performance and pipeline metrics while providing coaching.
β’ Direct 8 Regional Managers and approximately 20β35 direct and indirect reports.
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
β’ At least 10 years of progressive leadership experience in the retail automotive sector, particularly in the F&I area.
β’ 15 or more years of experience in the Automotive Insurance field and/or training industry.
β’ Proven history of setting strategic goals and overseeing personnel, as well as managing large, complex accounts.
β’ Strong understanding of the automotive ecosystem, including OEMs, tiered suppliers, dealers, and fleet/aftermarket services.
β’ Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and client relationship management abilities.
β’ Proficient in change management.
β’ Strong business acumen.
β’ Skilled in organizational support.
β’ Capable of strategic thinking.
β’ Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time.
β’ Strong preference for candidates residing in or willing to relocate to Dallas, Houston, Phoenix, Los Angeles, or Chicago.
β’ Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a required identity verification process, which may include biometric technology as permitted by law.
β’ Biweekly non-recoverable draw.
β’ Commission-based sales compensation structure.
β’ Earning potential ranging from $250,000 to $340,000.
β’ Virtual/remote work options available.
β’ Up to 70% travel required.
