This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist or take charge of the Client Relationship Leader role, based on the specific account.
• Propel integrated programs that encompass corporate communications, scientific and data achievements, product approval and launch messaging, digital and social strategies, internal communications, KOL development, advocacy relations, executive visibility, patient and healthcare professional engagement, and campaign creation and execution.
• Oversee all aspects of multifaceted, interconnected teams.
• Provide strategic guidance and ensure advancement, action, results, high-quality service, and effective execution.
• Acquire knowledge of client industry landscapes, scientific methodologies, and business objectives to pinpoint strategic opportunities.
• Collaborate with intermedia teams to formulate strategic initiatives that align with client objectives.
• Work alongside senior leadership to enhance strategic thinking and uncover growth prospects.
• Review intricate strategic scientific communication materials and deliverables.
• Direct planning and high-level output, including annual planning and medical meeting organization.
• Represent Spectrum at all-agency and IAT meetings.
• Collaborate with program management in overseeing account finances, staffing, projections, budget tracking, monthly billing packages, and client budget suggestions.
• Anticipate client requirements, ensure deadlines and priorities are adhered to, and facilitate effective communication with stakeholders.
• Engage in agency activities and pursue professional development opportunities.
• Mentor junior staff and assist in their professional growth.
• Identify and advocate for account-specific and agency-wide visibility initiatives.
• Contribute to new business ventures.
• Bachelor’s Degree in communications, English, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of agency experience, particularly in health and science.
• Previous experience with oncology brands or products is essential.
• Experience in cross-functional teams is preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.).
• In-depth understanding of client subject matter and industry environment.
• Capacity to manage multiple projects and/or accounts concurrently.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Professional demeanor.
• Ability to thrive in a team setting as well as work autonomously.
