• Lead the Americas team to meet or surpass budgeted revenue, EBITDA, and cash flow objectives.

• Formulate and implement Chromalloy’s business strategy for the Americas market to foster growth, profitability, and operational excellence.

• Create and execute strategic plans aimed at revenue enhancement and market expansion.

• Develop and grow the engine business segment in collaboration with engine OEMs, MRO facilities, and major engine lessors.

• Establish, monitor, and manage the division’s business plan to fulfill ROI and profitability goals.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets within both traditional aerospace and emerging engine technologies.

• Build and maintain relationships with customers, government entities, industry partners, and internal teams.

• Ensure that operations adhere to federal, state, and local regulations, industry standards, and best practices.

• Lead, mentor, and cultivate a high-performing team.

• Oversee operations in highly regulated, access-controlled energy markets.

• Promote the acceptance and use of non-OEM parts by addressing technical, legal, and market-entry challenges.

• Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders for the successful execution of business initiatives.

• Manage customer relationships and the team for the Americas market.

• Enhance overall business profitability in the Americas by achieving 20% year-over-year margin improvements.

• Ensure working capital, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and inventory are in line with established targets.

• Collaborate with BD teams, ECRS, and the Parts business to develop a pipeline of new solutions and incremental sales.

• Act as Chromalloy’s representative for the Americas market, including participation in industry events and handling customer escalations.

• Manage Americas Market & Programs to achieve or exceed revenue, EBITDA, cash, and growth targets.

• Build a world-class team and foster collaboration across organizational boundaries.

• Contribute to Chromalloy’s extended leadership team and overall company strategy.

• Represent Chromalloy and the Americas Market & Programs to strategic customers and industry organizations.

• Present the Americas Market & Programs internally to senior leadership and, when necessary, to the Board of Directors.

• Lead the Americas team in marketing Chromalloy’s Parts, Repairs, and CMS-USM portfolio.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; an MBA is highly preferred.

• Over 15 years of progressive experience, with at least 6 years in a senior leadership role within a similar operational scope.

• Comprehensive knowledge of aerospace industry regulations, cargo operations, engine technologies, and leasing standards.

• Strong understanding of all Engine OEM platforms and their applications.

• Profound insight into industry trends regarding the acceptance of third-party aftermarket solutions and services.

• Established connections for engine sales, shop visit data, sourcing of restorable or part-out turbines, market drivers, and the competitive landscape.

• Proven capability to build, develop, and deploy a high-performance team.

• Strong business, commercial, and strategic acumen with a global perspective.

• Significant knowledge and experience with financial profit and loss statements; a successful track record in managing a P&L entity or unit is preferred.

• Demonstrated industry and product line experience, including thorough technology/product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive landscape.

• Effective communication skills to present complex ideas in a compelling and comprehensive manner.

• An enthusiastic and adaptable learner, open to change and unfamiliar tasks.

• Willingness and ability to travel extensively as needed, often exceeding 50% of the time.
