Veterinary Diagnostics Territory Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• You will autonomously oversee your designated territory and customer base to enhance the recurring diagnostic revenue year over year, as well as achieve quarterly medical device equipment sales.

• You will work collaboratively and engage in “co-selling” with other IDEXX sales professionals within the region to finalize sales of capital equipment and technology.

• You will provide education and training to veterinary clinic staff regarding products, services, and marketing initiatives, including customer service engagement techniques.

• You will be accountable for conveying customer needs and competitive challenges to both IDEXX's marketing team and your business unit manager.

• You will represent IDEXX's values to our clients in a professional manner.

• Additionally, you will have the chance to participate in trade shows and various educational events within the region.

⛳️ Requirements

• You hold a Bachelor's degree or possess an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• You have three or more years of demonstrable experience in successfully managing your own sales territory.

• Your territory management sales experience should be in the veterinary/animal health industry, Human Healthcare medical device sales, dental device sales, and/or prior capital equipment sales.

• You are adept at working collaboratively with others in a highly team-oriented sales environment.

• You are capable of fulfilling the requirements of a field sales role, which includes, but is not limited to, extensive car travel (company car provided), potential overnight travel as needed, flexibility for weekend work to attend tradeshows or other occasional meetings, and the ability to lift up to 60 pounds.

• This position focuses on veterinary sales; therefore, you should be comfortable entering veterinary clinics and hospital settings.
