Partnerships Coordinator – Graduate Loans

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Take charge of partnership establishment, which includes onboarding, tracking links, assets, and deliverable timelines.

• Activate and oversee current partnerships by monitoring deliverables, following up on overdue items, and identifying underperformance.

• Organize webinars, campus events, and conference participation from start to finish.

• Convert the needs of vertical leads into requests for marketing and design resources, guiding them to completion.

• Keep precise records of partner contacts, terms, deliverables, and performance metrics.

• Assist with conversion campaigns during the application season by conducting outreach, following up, and providing member support throughout the process.

• Utilize AI tools to compose partner communications, create trackers, and ensure quality assurance of deliverables.

• Aid students in accessing competitive graduate student loan rates through Juno’s partnership initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Typically 0–2+ years in an operations, coordination, project management, or client-facing position.

• Recent graduates with a solid internship history are encouraged to apply.

• Excellent organizational abilities and capability to manage multiple concurrent tasks.

• Strong written communication skills are essential.

• Dependable follow-through and the ability to independently close the loop on tasks.

• Proficiency with spreadsheets, CRMs, and project management tools.

• Experience using AI in day-to-day operations.

• Comfort in planning for and navigating through seasonal peaks.
