This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota, +1 more state.
β’ Actively identify and prioritize pharmacy productivity accounts within a designated territory, considering risk, growth potential, strategic importance, and renewal timeline.
β’ Track adoption rates and provide guidance to customers on enhancing application ROI.
β’ Partner with marketing, support, and training teams to ensure effective communication with customers.
β’ Acquire in-depth knowledge of Wolters Kluwer pharmacy productivity products and related offerings.
β’ Collect and develop best practices for product implementation and usage to enhance customer content, discussions, and presentations.
β’ Serve as a liaison between product management and customers; comprehend the product roadmap and escalate critical issues as needed.
β’ Oversee transitions following new implementations or re-implementations.
β’ Keep current information about assigned customers updated in the CRM system.
β’ Collaborate with Sales on new business prospects throughout the territory.
β’ Maintain reference details on pharmacy productivity accounts.
β’ Manage Red Accounts and ensure that corrective action steps are addressed and completed.
β’ Research and secure renewals involving price hikes and negotiate the renewal process.
β’ Assist Implementation teams with challenges during Standard-account implementations.
β’ Carry out additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
β’ High School diploma required or equivalent.
β’ BA/BS preferred.
β’ A minimum of 4 yearsβ experience in a customer-facing role that necessitated a combination of proactive and reactive account management or interaction.
β’ Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
β’ Experience with industry-specific software applications.
β’ Background working with senior executive personnel.
β’ Demonstrated skills in time management and prioritization.
β’ Ability to perform well under pressure.
β’ Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
β’ Up to 5% travel may be necessary (occasional site visits and tradeshows).
β’ Applicants might be required to attend in-person at a Wolters Kluwer office as part of the recruitment process.
