This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of an assigned individual revenue quota, sales targets, and other performance metrics for the strategic partnerships channel.
• Develop, oversee, and grow a portfolio of strategic partner relationships that generate referrals, partner-sourced opportunities, integrated solution sales, and recurring revenue growth.
• Create and implement relationship and account plans that outline revenue goals, priority opportunities, key stakeholders, and necessary actions to finalize business deals.
• Establish and sustain executive-level relationships with partners, consultants, industry organizations, and qualified opportunity sources.
• Generate and maintain a robust, qualified pipeline by identifying market opportunities, securing partner commitments, and advancing deals through the sales process.
• Guide opportunities from initial discovery to closure by educating partners on Dark Matter Technologies’ technology, platform capabilities, client demand, market reach, and integration value.
• Align solutions with partner business objectives while managing pricing, negotiations, and contract agreements.
• Structure and finalize agreements that provide value to both customers and partners, while also meeting revenue, margin, delivery, and risk criteria.
• Identify growth opportunities across products, services, integrations, referral arrangements, pricing initiatives, and revenue streams.
• Convert the company's products, services, technology, customer use cases, markets, and competitive landscape into business, integration, and revenue value.
• Prepare and deliver pricing, commercial recommendations, partnership plans, business cases, forecasts, and performance updates.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, offering visibility into pipeline health, risks, and commitments.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Implementation teams to facilitate the execution and realization of revenue opportunities.
• Represent the organization at industry events, partner meetings, executive forums, and trade associations.
• Execute additional responsibilities as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, technology, or a related field, or a suitable combination of education, training, and experience.
• Over 10 years of progressive experience in field sales, enterprise sales, strategic partnerships, business development, alliance management, or a related commercial field.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue quotas and successfully closing complex, high-value sales or partnership agreements.
• Demonstrated ability to build executive-level relationships and generate revenue through partnerships, channels, referrals, alliances, or ecosystem relationships.
• Experience in managing the entire sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, solution development, pricing, negotiations, contracting, forecasting, and closing.
• Experience engaging C-suite level executives in mortgage, fintech, financial services, and technology sectors.
• Strong history of leading cross-functional initiatives in a complex, matrixed environment.
• Capability to perform effectively under pressure, manage competing priorities, exercise sound judgment, and travel up to 25% of the time.
• Familiarity with mortgage technology, fintech, financial services, or another regulated, technology-driven industry.
• Experience in selling software products, technology-enabled services, integrations, platforms, or transaction-based solutions.
• Proven experience in developing or scaling referral channels, strategic alliances, and partner-led go-to-market strategies.
• Working knowledge of technology integrations, platform partnerships, commercial agreements, pricing, and product commercialization.
• Established network within relevant technology and service providers, consultants, industry associations, financial institutions, or customer organizations.
• Knowledge of Dark Matter Technologies’ products, services, and capabilities.
• Proficiency in translating intricate technology solutions into clear business value for external partners.
• Strong executive presence and communication skills.
• Strategic and commercial insight.
• Excellent pipeline management, forecasting, account-planning, and CRM practices.
• Financial and analytical skills, including pricing, business case development, revenue forecasting, and performance measurement.
