
Vertical Sales Manager – Critical Infrastructure

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Take ownership of the assigned critical infrastructure vertical as the key sales subject-matter expert and growth leader.
• Develop and implement vertical market messaging and strategy.
• Engage in industry associations, speaking opportunities, publications, events, and trade shows.
• Articulate IQSIGHT's value proposition utilizing customer-specific language for the vertical and relay customer needs internally.
• Identify and prioritize essential target accounts and allocate them to Territory Sales Managers.
• Propel opportunity execution and accountability through consistent Blue Sheet updates.
• Monitor target progression to facilitate opportunities through the sales process.
• Actively participate in significant, complex, or strategically important opportunities, including meetings with end users.
• Collaborate with Regional Directors to support Territory Sales Manager execution and eliminate barriers to deal progression.
• Cultivate and enhance relationships with end users, integrators, consultants, and distributors.
• Educate and empower sellers on vertical-specific use cases, customer language, and market intricacies.
• Expert-level technical and commercial knowledge along with extensive industry contacts in critical infrastructure (power, energy, and utilities).
• High school diploma is mandatory.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in the security industry (IP video), preferably at the manufacturer level.
• Proven experience working with customers.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong presentation abilities.
• Self-driven with excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the U.S. and Canada (70%+ of the time).
• Working knowledge and experience in the design and installation of IP/IT-based video and security products.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work cooperatively with others.
• Indefinite U.S. work authorization is required; future sponsorship is not available.
• An associate or bachelor’s degree in a technical field, marketing, management, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Industry certification is a plus.
