This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.
• Ensure effective execution of delivery, installation, and lifecycle service operations within designated Fleet, Rental, or Dealership sectors.
• Deliver installations punctually, uphold SLA compliance, enhance delivery capacity, and meet cost targets.
• Oversee planning, resource allocation, safety adherence, and quality assurance for installation and maintenance activities.
• Achieve installation benchmarks of 2 days for Rental/Dealership installations and 4 days for Fleet installations.
• Ensure maintenance support visits have a defined scope of work and are completed punctually with a first-time-right approach.
• Serve as the operational liaison to Sales and Implementation teams.
• Confirm the feasibility of sales commitments, identify potential risks, and convert commitments into actionable operational plans.
• Supervise Field Service Engineers and Service Operations Coordinators.
• Attain 80% utilization, ensure technical preparedness, and develop effective capacity planning.
• Manage installation partners and contractors.
• Evaluate and monitor vendor performance concerning cost, quality, and execution.
• Proactively meet operational metrics such as on-time delivery, first-time fix rates, and target cost per installation.
• Implement proactive corrective measures.
• Over 5 years of experience leading field operations, service delivery, or technical operations teams.
• Experience in managing distributed Field Service Engineers (FSEs) or technical field teams.
• Background in the automotive, fleet, rental, dealership, or a comparable operational setting.
• Proven capability to lead cross-functional initiatives across Sales, Customer Success, Implementation, and Operations.
• Experience in capacity planning, resource allocation, and operational forecasting.
• Strong knowledge of SLAs, KPIs, and operational performance metrics.
• Experience overseeing high-volume deployment, installation, or field service projects.
• Competence in managing third-party vendors, contractors, and installation partners.
• Proficiency in ERP, CRM, or Field Service Management (FSM) systems.
• Strong analytical and data-driven problem-solving skills, with the ability to make operational decisions based on metrics.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and escalation management abilities.
• Willingness to travel to on-site locations as business needs arise.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred.
• PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or other project management certifications are advantageous.
• Ability to work in and around vehicle service areas, rental facilities, dealerships, manufacturing sites, or warehouse environments.
• Capability to perform occasional manual tasks such as lifting or carrying up to 40 lbs, bending, or reaching.
• Ability to work in various environmental conditions and utilize personal protective equipment (PPE) when necessary.
