This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

• Contact clients via phone calls

• Provide customers the option to transfer their mobile service to Claro through exclusive promotions and commercial agreements

• Work from home serving clients in Lima and Callao

• Participate in 5 days of training, with a contract starting from the first day of OJT

• Work shifts either full-time or part-time from Monday to Saturday

• Minimum of 1 month experience in a Call Center

• Have a PC or laptop to work from home

• Processor must be Core i5 or higher, or equivalent

• Minimum of 8GB RAM

• USB headset required

• Internet speed of over 40 Mbps, wired

• Education at the Junior High School level

• Strong communication and persuasion skills

• Commercial skills

• Digital skills

• Availability for full-time or part-time schedules

• Willingness to work from Monday to Saturday
