This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Provide assistance to clients who have previously been contacted by Customer Service (123)

• Inform clients about promotions, benefits, and enhancements to their Claro services

• Join the Partner Service team for Claro Peru's sales campaign

• Previous experience in a call center

• Secondary education

• Availability to work full-time or semi-full schedules with rotating days off
