This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Accelerate sales growth and profitability within designated vendor partnerships.
• Drive execution, enhance alignment with vendor sales teams, and broaden the partner network.
• Comprehend vendor technology portfolios and pinpoint complementary solution opportunities.
• Advocate for complementary vendor solutions and convey the Exclusive Networks message effectively.
• Meet individual and team objectives in accordance with agreed profit and revenue goals.
• Serve as the primary contact for specified vendors across channel teams, distribution, maintenance and support, product, and sales.
• Support the training and enablement of Exclusive Networks teams while maintaining necessary accreditations.
• Organize periodic business reviews that focus on partner performance, execution gaps, and tactical growth initiatives.
• Oversee partner onboarding to swiftly enable, train, and activate new partners.
• Conduct structured partner account planning sessions that address revenue targets, pipeline objectives, enablement gaps, joint selling strategies, and quarterly priorities.
• Coordinate technical training, sales training, certifications, and readiness initiatives.
• Formulate multi-quarter partner growth strategies.
• Mentor partners through sales processes, deal registration, quoting, and vendor programs.
• Collaborate with internal sales teams to activate partners, identify opportunities, support pipeline conversions, and elevate production tiers.
• Report to a senior director of Vendor Sales.
• Ability to excel in a dynamic, target-oriented environment.
• Established history in sales, business development, or channel/vendor management.
• In-depth understanding of IT distribution, vendor ecosystems, and partner sales models.
• Exceptional relationship-building skills, with the capacity to influence and collaborate across vendor and partner sales teams.
• Experience in onboarding new partners or customers and expediting their time to first transaction and revenue generation.
• Strong enablement skills, evidenced by a history of enhancing partner productivity through training, account planning, and continuous development.
• Demonstrated capability to drive sustainable revenue growth through structured partner engagement, rather than solely vendor alignment.
• Results-oriented, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and margin objectives.
• Willingness and capability to travel up to 30%.
