This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Supervise the daily contract management for designated third-party service providers and shared services.

• Ensure that vendor operations efficiently meet the needs of Navitus and its clients.

• Act as the primary liaison for internal clients utilizing services through business and technology vendors.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and communicate business requirements.

• Guarantee that elements of client and vendor contracts are executed accurately and in a timely manner.

• Monitor contractual service level agreements (SLAs) and performance guarantees (PGs).

• Conduct regular oversight and analysis for adherence to contracts and evaluation of service or product performance.

• Facilitate issue resolution and develop corrective action plans with internal stakeholders and vendors.

• Manage invoicing, compliance with scope/Statement of Work, and ensure timely payments.

• Govern vendors within established policies, governance frameworks, and escalation procedures.

• Coordinate forecasts and resource planning between vendors and internal teams.

• Ensure that vendor access to systems, proprietary information, and protected health information is appropriate and compliant.

• Assist in contract management alongside Procurement, Vendor Risk Management, Legal, Finance, Operations, and IT.

• Assess vendor performance and provide constructive feedback to enhance customer satisfaction, efficiency, and effectiveness.

• Establish and lead quarterly vendor review meetings and facilitate corrective action planning.

• Offer recommendations on vendor performance, risk mitigation, and areas for improvement.

• Conduct internal and external calls to identify and resolve issues impacting customers.

• Collaborate with vendors and Navitus affiliates to clarify goals, roles, and responsibilities.

• Keep internal clients and vendors updated on customer-facing testing, product/service updates, process changes, and potential outages.

• Perform process reviews and document enhancements to processes.

• Lead monthly and/or quarterly KPI and performance assessments.

• Manage vendor performance against established key metrics.

• Identify challenges, propose alternative solutions, and develop risk mitigation strategies.

• Act as the main escalation point for issues involving vendors.

• Ensure vendor operations comply with organizational policies and procedures.

• Direct emergency procedures, Business Continuity, and Disaster Recovery plans to maintain operations with minimal disruption.

• Execute additional duties as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, operations, finance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience is required.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience managing third-party vendor partners or suppliers in a corporate or consulting role is required (preferably within a vendor services/BPO organization or internal vendor management functions).

• Preferred experience in procurement, contract negotiations, and contract management.

• Proficient in business/data analytics and making data-driven decisions.

• Experience with vendor auditing, findings, and the resolution process is essential.

• Preferred experience in the health care industry.

• Proven ability to track and analyze vendor performance utilizing data and dashboards.

• Demonstrated capability in supporting vendor governance and relationship management processes.

• Proven ability to manage multiple vendors and priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives.

• Ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with colleagues.

• Must reside in the United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Maine, Mississippi, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Dakota, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, West Virginia, and Wyoming, which are not eligible for remote work.
