Vendor Relations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Oversee initial third-party evaluations and nurture relationships with Delegation partners.

• Administer performance management standards and uphold financial accountability.

• Take proactive measures to implement suitable business solutions.

• Serve as the essential link between Delegation partners and internal departments.

• Facilitate services from the initial launch through ongoing day-to-day interactions.

• Carry out direct Account Management duties, including organizing regular meetings, managing agendas, and documenting minutes.

• Develop SLA performance dashboards and reporting in collaboration with Delegated entities.

• Maintain consistent communication with leads at Delegated entities.

• Convey plan requirements both internally and to Delegated entities.

• Direct, oversee, and/or engage in complex special projects and planning initiatives involving Delegated Care Management/Utilization Management entities.

• Ensure that payments for care management services rendered are accurate and timely.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Over five years of experience working with Primary Care Providers.

• Experience in Account Management within the Healthcare sector or a related field.

• Capable of presenting to executive-level teams at the delegated entities.

• Willingness to travel up to 10% as required.
