Vendor Relations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Oversee relationships with third-party Delegation partners to ensure adherence to performance management standards and financial accountability.

• Proactively develop and implement suitable business solutions.

• Serve as the essential liaison between Delegation partners and internal departments.

• Manage operations from the initial launch of services through ongoing daily interactions.

• Deliver direct Account Management, which includes organizing regular meetings, managing agendas, and keeping documentation and minutes.

• Generate and present monthly service performance dashboards or reports, addressing any issues against set performance expectations.

• Maintain consistent communication with leaders at delegated partner organizations.

• Convey business needs both internally and to delegated partners.

• Lead, monitor, and/or participate in intricate special projects and planning initiatives involving delegated partners.

• Ensure that payments for services rendered are accurate and processed in a timely manner.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• More than five years of experience working with Primary Care Providers.

• Experience in Account Management within the Healthcare sector or a related field.

• Ability to present information to executive-level teams at delegated entities.

• This position is remote within the United States, with a preference for candidates located in the Central or Eastern time zones.
