This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Oversee third-party service providers continuously and ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.
β’ Evaluate and analyze documentation for the annual reviews of current vendors.
β’ Track vendor compliance documents, significant contract milestones, and termination processes.
β’ Manage a designated group of vendors and report any risks, significant business changes, and privacy concerns.
β’ Supervise and maintain the Vendor Management Department inbox.
β’ Handle ongoing vendor assessments and fulfill annual contract commitments.
β’ Ensure accuracy in the vendor management system and send timely notifications to vendors.
β’ Collect due diligence and assess documentation for onboarding new third-party vendors.
β’ Act as the primary contact for vendors, providing updates and maintaining communication.
β’ Review FNMA/FHLMC documentation, submit it for approval, and inform stakeholders about changes in approval status.
β’ Coordinate invoices for marketing and mortgage lending vendors.
β’ Keep internal system-of-record documents updated and entered promptly upon receipt.
β’ Address QCVM site audit exceptions and monitor remediation plans.
β’ Assist with vendor communication requests and track responses.
β’ Investigate potential new service providers for onboarding opportunities.
β’ Document consumer complaints and manage responses for remediation.
β’ Execute additional tasks and special projects as assigned.
β’ Highly motivated, enthusiastic self-starter who is willing to undertake tasks with minimal supervision and deliver outcomes.
β’ Capability to work independently and efficiently within a complex regulatory environment.
β’ Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Word, Outlook, Excel, and Visio.
β’ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
β’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
β’ Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
β’ Exceptional organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
β’ Strong document interpretation and comprehension skills.
β’ High school diploma/GED or equivalent professional experience.
β’ At least one (1) year of experience in the financial services sector, including mortgage servicing, auditing, finance, compliance, or vendor management.
