📋 Description

• Perform comprehensive analyses of client requirements and industry trends to uncover strategic sourcing opportunities.

• Create and implement detailed sourcing strategies, which encompass market research and supplier identification.

• Interact with clients to grasp their specific needs and customize sourcing solutions accordingly.

• Negotiate and oversee contracts with suppliers, ensuring advantageous terms and conditions for clients.

• Work in partnership with cross-functional teams to ensure that sourcing initiatives align with broader business goals.

• Assess and monitor supplier performance, ensuring adherence to agreed-upon SLAs and KPIs.

• Discover cost-saving opportunities and apply efficient procurement processes.

• Remain informed about industry best practices and emerging technologies in strategic sourcing.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.

• At least 3 years of experience in strategic sourcing or procurement, preferably within the insurance sector.
