Vendor Management Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee vendor collaborations that facilitate Physical AI data collection initiatives, which include egocentric capture, sensor-tagged spatial data, and on-site activity datasets.

• Comprehend off-the-shelf data specifications and collaborate with vendors to evaluate their suitability, licensing restrictions, and data origin.

• Organize data collection projects across multiple sites or countries.

• Act as the operational link between internal data science/product teams and external vendor partners regarding collection protocols, tool requirements, and delivery schedules.

• Proven experience in managing vendor partnerships for Physical AI data collection projects.

• Strong understanding of off-the-shelf data specifications.

• Capability to evaluate data suitability, licensing restrictions, and data origins.

• Proficient in coordinating data collection efforts across multiple sites or countries.

• Ability to ensure that quality, coverage, and demographic representation standards are achieved.

• Skilled in coordinating collection protocols, tool requirements, and delivery schedules between internal and external teams.
