Vehicle Surveyor, Field Service

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will inspect vehicles and evaluate all forms of damage on-site.

• You will generate organized damage reports utilizing our iPad application.

• You will assess damage images for credibility and consistency.

• You will provide proactive advice to our clients and oversee the claims process.

• You will gather evidence and identify accident causes along with damage estimates.

• You will consistently share information with your expert team and engage in professional development.

⛳️ Requirements

• A master craftsman qualification in the automotive sector, Dipl.-Ing., B.Sc., B.Eng., or certification as a qualified surveyor.

• A passion for working with people and the ability to present yourself confidently.

• A customer-focused attitude, excellent communication skills, and proficient German language abilities (both spoken and written).

• An enjoyment of fieldwork and a willingness to travel occasionally.
