This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Reach out to customers who wish to transfer their line to another operator.

• Provide alternatives for customers to remain with CLARO.

• Address customer inquiries.

• Participate in training sessions from Monday to Saturday, from 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be of legal age.

• Completed secondary education.

• Minimum of 3 months experience in customer service, sales, or related fields.

• Laptop or computer required.

• Operating system: Windows 11.

• Wired internet connection, with a direct network cable connection.

• USB headset required.
