Vehicle Damage Assessor (Field Service)

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will perform inspections on vehicles and assess all forms of damage on-site.

• You will generate detailed damage reports utilizing our iPad application.

• You will evaluate damage images for accuracy and consistency.

• You will provide proactive advice to our customers and oversee the claims process.

• You will gather evidence and assess accident circumstances along with damage estimates.

• You will frequently collaborate with your team of experts and engage in continuous professional development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master craftsman certification in the automotive field, a degree in engineering (Dipl.-Ing., B.Sc., B.Eng.), or qualification as a vehicle appraiser.

• A passion for working with people and the ability to present yourself with confidence.

• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills, proficient in both written and spoken German.

• A preference for fieldwork and a willingness to travel on occasion.
