Veeva Network Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Engage in hands-on development and configuration within Veeva Network, focusing on enhancements to the data model, match and merge processes, and integration workflows.

• Keep up-to-date with Veeva Network releases and leverage new features to enhance business operations.

• Convert business requirements into technical designs and develop scalable solutions for implementation.

• Create and refine SQL queries in Snowflake for data extraction, transformation, and reporting purposes.

• Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, vendors, Veeva support, and IT teams.

• Integrate and provide support for Salesforce, Veeva CRM, data warehouses, and reporting platforms.

• Participate in daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning sessions, and retrospectives as part of the Agile methodology.

• Deliver timely updates and manage tasks with minimal supervision.

• Ensure compliance with data governance, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience in full lifecycle implementations of Veeva Network.

• Strong comprehension of customer data mastering and HCP/HCO data models.

• Advanced SQL skills, ideally in Snowflake or comparable cloud data platforms.

• Familiarity with integrations involving Salesforce and Veeva CRM systems.

• Knowledge of data warehousing, ETL processes, and analytics/reporting tools.

• Strong capabilities in technical design, documentation, and solution development.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities autonomously.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with global teams.

• Veeva Network Certification is preferred.

• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integration tools such as API Gateway, Postman, and Informatica.

• Familiarity with Agile tools like Jira, Confluence, and SAFe methodologies.

• Understanding of compliance and regulatory standards in the life sciences sector.

• Experience in data profiling, validation, and troubleshooting data flows.

• Must be available to work overlapping hours with the US Eastern Time Zone for essential meetings and updates.
