Senior Director, Network Administration and Governance

📋 Description

• Lead the administration, maintenance, and governance of network operating rules for networks managed by MoneyPass Group

• Support objectives related to rule management, compliance, and operational governance

• Collaborate with pricing and analytics, product management, strategy, legal, and leadership teams to update, maintain, and release operating rules

• Communicate updates to network operating rules to internal and external stakeholders

• Oversee the MoneyPass Locator and ensure compliance among members/participants, including the enforcement of fines or penalties

• Supervise Dispute and Arbitration rulings to guarantee adherence to operational rules

• Develop business-oriented content that clarifies complex network rules and operational changes

• Address issues, align priorities, and promote operational excellence across cross-functional teams

• Advocate for AI adoption, automation, data-driven insights, and ongoing innovation

• Identify and execute process enhancements and automation opportunities

• Revise operating rules in response to regulatory changes, industry developments, corporate initiatives, and business priorities

• Convert operating rules into actionable guidance for internal teams, partners, clients, members, and participants

• Remain informed about trends, terminology, and regulatory aspects of the payments industry

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, technology, or a related discipline preferred; equivalent work experience may be accepted

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

• Proven track record in writing, editing, reviewing, and accurately disseminating critical business information

• Strong attention to detail, quality, accuracy, and consistency in governance-related documentation and communications

• Effective project management and organizational skills

• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving capabilities

• Willingness to travel up to 10% as required
