This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Increase sales and market share within a designated territory by promoting, selling, and servicing Vascular products.
• Establish new accounts and encourage the adoption of DCB, Atherectomy, and the comprehensive peripheral vascular product range for PAD.
• Oversee territory organization, planning, administration, expenses, and compliance.
• Provide training to medical personnel on products and procedures.
• Meet assigned performance targets and business objectives.
• Create and implement strategic sales plans aimed at revenue growth, market share expansion, and account development.
• Recognize opportunities within current and potential accounts to enhance customer partnerships.
• Cultivate relationships with physicians, administrators, and healthcare stakeholders through consultative selling, presentations, and clinical discussions.
• Influence and finalize opportunities through value-based selling, contract optimization, and handling objections.
• Generate leads, discover new business opportunities, represent Medtronic at industry conferences and customer events, and distinguish solutions from competitors.
• Coordinate procedures with physicians and care teams, manage case expectations, provide clinical support, and enhance patient outcomes.
• Supervise account coverage, market intelligence, expenses, and ensure adherence to financial, regulatory, quality, and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders while maintaining expertise in products, reimbursement, clinical applications, and industry trends.
• Work extended durations sitting, standing, and walking, up to 8 hours daily.
• Operate safely in clinical environments requiring personal protective equipment and potential exposure to infectious diseases or radiation.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) with 12+ years of experience OR an associate's degree with 10+ years of experience OR a Bachelor's Degree with 8+ years of relevant experience in sales, clinical, or related roles within medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences.
• At least 8 years of B2B or Healthcare Sales experience, with a minimum of 6 years selling medical devices or medical capital equipment.
• Familiarity and experience with operating room, hospital, and physician office protocols/conduct.
• Ability to instruct and educate medical personnel, peers, and technical support staff.
• Possession of a valid driver's license, active auto insurance, and a driving record that meets company standards.
• Candidates must live within the assigned territory.
• Unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hiring and throughout the duration of employment.
• For degrees obtained outside of the United States, a degree meeting the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is necessary.
• A degree in biological science or business is preferred.
