This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Increase sales and market presence within a designated territory by promoting, selling, and servicing vascular products.
• Establish new accounts and encourage the adoption of DCB, Atherectomy, and the comprehensive peripheral vascular product range for PAD.
• Oversee territory organization, planning, administration, expenses, and compliance.
• Educate medical staff on products and procedures.
• Meet assigned performance targets and business objectives.
• Formulate and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue, market share, and account growth.
• Recognize opportunities within existing and potential accounts to enhance customer partnerships.
• Cultivate relationships with physicians, administrators, and healthcare stakeholders through consultative selling, presentations, and clinical discussions.
• Persuade and finalize business opportunities through value-based selling, contract optimization, objection handling, and collaboration across functions.
• Generate leads, identify new business opportunities, and represent Medtronic at industry conferences and customer events.
• Coordinate procedures with physicians and care teams, manage case expectations, provide clinical support, and optimize patient outcomes.
• Oversee account coverage, market intelligence, expenses, as well as financial, regulatory, quality, and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders while maintaining expertise in products, reimbursement, clinical applications, and industry trends.
• Undertake additional duties as assigned.
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) with 12+ years of relevant experience, OR an associate's degree with 10+ years, OR a Bachelor's Degree with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Relevant experience in sales, clinical, or related roles within medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences.
• Candidates must reside within the designated West Palm Beach/Boca Raton/Jupiter, Florida area.
• Willingness to travel frequently between customer accounts.
• Availability to work standard business hours, with additional evenings, weekends, and travel as necessary.
• Possession of a valid driver's license.
• Active auto insurance policy.
• Driving record that meets company standards.
• Unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and throughout employment; positions below the Principal level do not include U.S. work authorization sponsorship.
• For degrees obtained outside the United States, a qualification that meets 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.
• Familiarity and experience with operating room, hospital, and physician office protocols/conduct.
• Capability to instruct and educate medical personnel, peers, and technical support staff.
• Ability to meet physical demands, including extended periods of sitting, standing, and walking, up to 8 hours per day.
• Competence to operate safely in clinical settings involving personal protective equipment and potential exposure to infectious diseases or radiation.
