This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
• Increase sales and market presence within a designated territory by promoting, selling, and servicing Vascular products.
• Establish new accounts and drive the adoption of therapies such as DCB, Atherectomy, and the complete PV product portfolio for PAD.
• Organize and manage territory planning, administration, expenses, and controls.
• Provide training to medical staff regarding products and procedures.
• Meet assigned performance targets and business objectives.
• Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives.
• Identify opportunities within existing and potential accounts to expand customer partnerships.
• Cultivate relationships with physicians, administrators, and healthcare stakeholders through consultative selling and clinical dialogue.
• Influence and secure business opportunities through value-based selling, contract optimization, and effective objection handling.
• Generate leads, discover new business opportunities, and represent Medtronic at industry conferences and customer events.
• Plan procedures, manage case expectations, provide clinical support, and enhance patient outcomes.
• Oversee account coverage, market intelligence, expenses, and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders while maintaining expertise in products, reimbursement, clinical applications, and industry trends.
• Carry out responsibilities that require extended periods of sitting, standing, and walking up to 8 hours daily.
• Operate safely in clinical settings involving PPE and potential exposure to infectious diseases or radiation.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) with 12+ years of experience, OR an associate's degree with 10+ years, OR a Bachelor's Degree with 8+ years of relevant experience in sales, clinical, or related roles within medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences.
• At least 8 years of B2B or Healthcare Sales experience, including 6 years in selling medical devices or medical capital equipment.
• Knowledge and experience with protocol/conduct in operating rooms, hospitals, and physician offices.
• Ability to educate and instruct medical personnel, peers, and technical support staff.
• Demonstrated top 10% past performance; a President’s Club winner.
• For degrees obtained outside the United States, a degree that meets the criteria of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.
• Candidates must reside within the designated territory.
• Standard business hours with additional evenings, weekends, and travel as required.
• A valid driver's license, active auto insurance, and a driving record that complies with company standards are mandatory.
