Value Realization Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Ensure that Finance transformation investments yield measurable and sustainable business value.

• Establish and oversee the Benefits Realization Framework.

• Validate business cases and the assumptions regarding benefits.

• Monitor both financial and non-financial outcomes.

• Provide clear reporting on value delivery throughout the Finance portfolio.

• Collaborate closely with Business Sponsors, Regional CFOs, Global Process Owners, FSSC Leaders, IT, and Project Managers.

• Take ownership of end-to-end value realization for Finance transformation initiatives.

• Define governance for benefits and track realization performance.

• Initiate actions to recover value.

• Ensure that approved benefits are realized and maintained across Finance programs.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.

• Over 7 years of experience in Finance Transformation, PMO, Portfolio Management, Continuous Improvement, Business Performance, or Strategy Execution.

• Proficient in managing business cases, tracking benefits, conducting financial analysis, and executing value realization activities.

• Experience with large transformation programs, ERP implementations, shared services, or operating model transformations.

• Familiarity with Oracle, SAP, Digital Transformation, Automation, AI, or Process Excellence initiatives is highly preferred.

• PMP or other relevant certifications are preferred.

• Lean Six Sigma certification is preferred.

• Management Accounting or Finance certification is preferred.

• Benefits Realization or Portfolio Management certification is preferred.

• CV must be submitted in English.
