Value Management – Financial Operations Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee management of operational budgets, including forecasting, invoicing, and financial planning activities.

• Create and sustain portfolio-level financial reporting and performance dashboards.

• Collaborate with business and technology leaders to formulate business cases and investment proposals.

• Identify, quantify, and monitor the anticipated value of strategic initiatives.

• Establish and uphold processes for measuring and reporting on value realization.

• Assist in governance processes for the portfolio, including prioritization of investments and funding assessments.

• Evaluate financial and operational performance trends and suggest areas for improvement.

• Present portfolio performance, investment recommendations, and realized value to senior leadership and key stakeholders.

• Ensure transparency in portfolio spending, forecast accuracy, and investment results.

• Promote ongoing enhancement of value management and financial operations capabilities.

• Make independent judgments and decisions on complex matters with minimal supervision.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or over 7 years of experience in healthcare, finance, operations, strategy, or portfolio management.

• At least 5 years of experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, or business operations.

• Proven experience in developing business cases and assessing investment opportunities.

• Familiarity with analyzing and conveying financial and operational performance metrics.

• Experience in leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication skills suited for executive-level interactions.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling.

• Must have self-provided internet service with a minimum of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed.

• Capability to work from a dedicated environment free from interruptions to maintain the confidentiality of member PHI/HIPAA information.
