Operations Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.

📋 Description

• Facilitate the quarterly goal-setting process and ensure KPI owners are held accountable for their objectives.

• Manage all facets of people operations, from recruitment to offboarding.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of eight, including conducting regular one-on-one meetings and performance evaluations.

• Execute cross-team initiatives from start to finish, which includes planning, delegating, assigning work, and reporting on progress.

• Take ownership of the operational cost structure, encompassing vendor/freelancer contracts, tooling expenditures, and budgetary decisions up to a designated limit.

• Cultivate company culture and enhance internal communication.

• Organize company retreats and facilitate workshops.

• Maintain the company handbook.

• Monitor operational performance and identify issues before they escalate into problems.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree; degrees in both Arts and Sciences are welcome.

• Strong analytical abilities.

• Demonstrated success in a small company setting (10 to 30 employees).

• Exceptional project management skills.

• Proficient in German at least at the C2 level.

• Fluent in English.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and resolve problems in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong leadership, management, and decision-making capabilities.

• Proven ability to drive results and promote a collaborative team atmosphere.

• Must reside in Switzerland.

• Must possess a valid work permit for Switzerland.
