This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the clinical, epidemiological, and economic evidence packages.
• Analyze and critically assess the evidence packages.
• Tailor evidence presentation for the appropriate audience and sequence.
• Identify the necessary evidence for payers, Medicaid, government and public health programs, health systems, 340B entities, and employers.
• Create a cohesive evidence strategy that integrates HEOR, RWE, PROs, and health services research.
• Produce value dossiers, budget impact tools, and evidence for formulary and payer decision-makers.
• Manage external partnerships and budgetary considerations.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Commercial, Legal, and Government Affairs teams.
• Develop evidence strategies and infrastructure for the potential launch of cytisinicline, a treatment option for smoking and vaping cessation.
• Proven experience in creating an integrated evidence strategy across HEOR, RWE, PROs, and health services research.
• Background in primary care, population health, vaccines, or another high-volume/public health sector.
• Experience in formulating value dossiers, budget impact tools, and evidence for formulary and payer decision-makers.
• Ability to navigate economic scenarios where payers, providers, and beneficiaries are distinct entities.
• Experience with peer-reviewed publications.
• Capability to transition between scientific intricacies and access strategies.
• Proven track record of managing external partners and budgets effectively.
• Competence to rigorously evaluate models line by line.
• Experience in collaborating with Medical Affairs, Commercial, Legal, and Government Affairs.
• Knowledge of which evidence is appropriate for payer dossiers, peer-reviewed manuscripts, or neither.
• Experience in establishing evidence infrastructure or strategies from the ground up.
• Strategic insight into evidence architecture.
• Practical judgment to assess evidence details.
• Relevant experience may include smoking, vaping, addiction, perioperative care, oncology care, epidemiology, health services research, clinical practice, or research.
