This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.
• Develop and manage personalized ABA treatment plans.
• Oversee RBTs while providing continuous training and support.
• Perform assessments and modify treatment goals as necessary.
• Partner with families and multidisciplinary teams to promote client success.
• Ensure adherence to ethical and regulatory standards.
• Work with 8–10 families, managing individualized caseloads.
• Modify programming in accordance with children's development.
• Provide support to parents during challenging times.
• Mentor RBTs who work directly with children on a daily basis.
• Engage in weekly collaboration and receive clinical mentorship.
• Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related discipline.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is mandatory.
• New York State Licensed Behavior Analyst is required.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in ABA is essential.
• Medicaid ID from New York State is necessary.
• Preference will be given to bilingual BCBAs proficient in English and Spanish.
• Flexible scheduling and case assignments.

• $60k base salary for 15 billable hours per week, with $80-$90/hour for additional hours beyond 15 billable hours per week.
