Deployment Strategist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Engage with strategic customers to comprehend their AI transformation objectives and pinpoint challenges related to customer-facing and operational workflows enhanced by AI agents.

• Take ownership of flagship deals throughout the entire process, from recognizing use cases to formulating commercial terms and successfully closing deals.

• Integrate closely with strategic customers, serving as a trusted partner, dedicating significant time onsite, and ensuring delivery outcomes are met.

• Identify impactful use cases and work alongside Forward Deployed Software Engineers to actualize them.

• Advise customers on best practices for implementing ElevenAgents, including agent design, orchestration, production readiness, adoption, and measuring impact.

• Explore potential applications across new industries and broaden AI solutions globally.

• Present project outcomes and proposals for future work to technical teams and C-suite executives.

• Collaborate with Research teams to incorporate field insights into ElevenLabs' platform and models, contributing to roadmap development.

• Create and deliver demonstrations of ElevenAgents and broader AI technologies to both new and existing clients.

• Work closely with customers' engineering and executive teams to facilitate the deployment of agents into production and achieve measurable business results.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience working with customers in a technical role.

• Preference for candidates with direct enterprise customer experience.

• Experience in product development, delivery, and change management.

• Comfort in engaging in deal discussions, structuring value propositions, and navigating enterprise sales cycles alongside go-to-market partners.

• Basic proficiency in Python.

• Familiarity with API integration.

• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Established track record of taking ownership of intricate, ambiguous projects and delivering successful outcomes.

• Ability to adapt to various customer environments, industries, and technical use cases.

• Technical knowledge and familiarity with common LLM, tools, and AI agent frameworks.

• Capability to creatively align enterprise use cases and workflows with AI systems.

• Fluency in both English and Spanish.

• In-depth understanding of regional and cultural nuances.

• Willingness to travel regularly for onsite customer engagements.
