This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.
• Propel organizational agility and foster business expansion.
• Allocate time between technical data enablement and strategic planning activities.
• Organize, query, and manage essential databases to uphold data lakehouse integrity, query efficiency, and dependable access.
• Connect to Databricks environments to design, develop, and implement automated data models and interactive corporate dashboards using Power BI.
• Manage, configure, and customize SharePoint infrastructure, document libraries, access permissions, and intranet workflows.
• Transform and migrate enterprise information from core databases to Power BI, SharePoint, and front-end reporting layers.
• Convert long-term corporate visions into strategic initiatives and execution roadmaps.
• Perform macroeconomic, industry trend, and competitor analysis.
• Develop financial models, cost-benefit analyses, and growth forecasts for corporate development initiatives.
• Create enterprise-wide risk assessment frameworks and operational structures.
• Prepare business cases, strategic briefs, and presentations to support executive decision-making.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field with 5+ years of combined experience in corporate strategy/development and enterprise data environments.
• OR an Advanced degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field with 3+ years of blended experience in corporate strategy/development and enterprise data environments.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python/PySpark.
• Mastery of advanced DAX and Power Query.
• Expert-level knowledge of Power BI and modern SharePoint architecture.
• Familiarity with classical strategy frameworks, such as SWOT, PESTLE, Porter’s Five Forces, and Ansoff Matrix.
• Experience in financial analysis.
• Advanced skills in PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI, and other data visualization tools.
• Must possess authorization to work in the U.S. without the company’s immigration sponsorship now or in the future.
