UX/UI Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the entire design process for various client projects, ranging from initial discovery and wireframing to the creation of final high-fidelity interfaces.

• Perform thorough user research, including usability testing, interviews, and data analysis, to gain insights into user needs and validate design choices.

• Convert intricate business requirements into user-friendly design solutions by crafting wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma.

• Create responsive, accessible, and technically feasible interfaces that comply with best practices, design principles, and WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines).

• Build and maintain design systems and component libraries to promote consistency and efficiency across all projects.

• Collaborate closely with project managers, developers, and QA teams throughout both the design and development phases.

• Utilize AI tools to optimize your workflow, explore design alternatives, prototype concepts, and enhance overall output quality.

• Present and justify design decisions to clients and stakeholders, championing user-centric solutions.

• Continuously test, learn, and refine designs based on user feedback and data-driven insights.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional experience in UX/UI design.

• A strong portfolio that demonstrates end-to-end design work for both web and mobile applications.

• A deep understanding of user-centered design methodologies, interaction design principles, and visual design fundamentals.

• Proficient in Figma, including experience with design systems and component libraries.

• Proven ability to conduct user research and translate findings into actionable design improvements.

• A solid understanding of responsive design principles and best practices.

• Confidence in challenging assumptions and advocating for user-focused design solutions.

• Familiarity with AI tools and their application within the design process.

• Strong ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and communicate asynchronously.

• Fluent in English (C1 level) with excellent written and verbal communication skills for client-facing interactions.

• Experience collaborating with geographically distributed, multicultural teams.

• Background in a digital software agency or software development company.

• Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS) to facilitate effective collaboration with developers.

• Familiarity with prototyping and usability testing tools.

• Domain expertise in fintech, Ad Tech, iGaming, healthcare, or e-commerce.

• Experience with AI-assisted design tools like Cursor or Claude Code for prototyping and developing interactive concepts.
