Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate effectively with the product manager and engineering team to conceptualize payment features within the Stripe Dashboard and user-facing interfaces.

• Work alongside go-to-market teams to ensure features are effectively delivered to users.

• Create new features and enhance product quality within commonly utilized workflows.

• Establish a product vision that aligns with evolving user expectations in a data- and AI-driven landscape.

• Comprehend user workflows and challenges, and produce, test, and refine high-quality designs.

• Team up with product, engineering, marketing, and strategy teams to define the product experience for new features.

• Develop prototypes of user experiences for user research testing and internal communication.

• Collaborate across Stripe to design a cohesive dashboard user experience.

• Conduct user research to validate design decisions prior to launch.

• Partner with design systems teams to utilize and enhance page templates and components.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of relevant design experience in a product-oriented tech company.

• Strong design skills showcased through a comprehensive portfolio.

• Proven proficiency in high-fidelity prototyping.

• Experience in close collaboration with engineering teams.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, demonstrated through design deliverables, videos, and written materials.
