UX/UI Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Create and execute UX/UI strategies for various products

• Transform initial concepts into wireframes and prototypes, leading to final deployment

• Perform user testing and conduct research activities

• Extract actionable design insights from user research

• Utilize existing design guidelines while enhancing them further

• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and UX teams

• Align user requirements, business objectives, and technical capabilities

• Advocate for the UX perspective among stakeholders to foster acceptance of user-centered approaches

• Assist product teams in adopting user-centered methodologies

• Advance UX processes from discovery and research to validation and implementation

• Identify and propose ways to enhance UX maturity

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4–5 years of experience in UX/Product Design

• Proven track record in contributing to and significantly enhancing design organizations, UX processes, or methodologies

• Capability to analyze design choices and their impacts in a clear and traceable way

• Experience with intricate digital products, preferably in a B2B, SaaS, or enterprise context

• A portfolio that highlights completed projects along with a clear description of your role in their development

• Strong communication skills in both German and English
