Lead Product Designer – Contract Talent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Define product challenges and gain insights into user behavior through design research.

• Develop and prototype initial concepts.

• Assist in envisioning future "north star" goals.

• Produce high-fidelity designs and workflows.

• Foster impactful product results alongside Product and Engineering colleagues.

• Collaborate and effectively communicate design across various organizational departments.

• Persuade others and achieve consensus in uncertain situations.

• Implement systems thinking to enhance the overall user flow and ecosystem.

• Champion and integrate human-centered design methodologies within the product team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong proficiency in user research, prototyping, interaction design, and visual design.

• Advanced knowledge of Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.

• Capability to craft innovative end-to-end experiences for web and mobile platforms.

• Proven experience utilizing analytics and user research to inform decisions and iterate on products.

• Background in working with, designing, or managing design systems.

• Experience collaborating with distributed teams.

• Familiarity with product management and engineering teams.

• Experience in leading or facilitating workshops, design sprints, and design studios.
